Got one of these 2 years ago the first summer I had my mastiff, because its enough to clean the "egg whites" slime out of the inside bowl several times/day. I got it and he was easily trained on it. It just recently stopped working. So, I had to get another one. The one I received I believe was someone else's return...packaging was not original, some things were misplaced and rearranged...If it stops working, I will send it back. So far it is working, though...we will see.
